Checkout

Your order will be sent via courier. For orders over > 50 euro, we will not charge you for shipments within Greece, irrespective of the quantity of your order.

Send Orders

The orders you make from our online store are delivered by the courier transport company with which we work , to the address you have indicated,  within 2 working days from the date of the order. Deliveries are made daily except Sunday .

Shipping to foreign countries

Shipping costs in foreign countries vary, depending on the delivery country.

Force majeure

If any event of force majeure ( such as storms, strikes) makes the delivery unable to complete within the time specified , for which we have committed, we will contact you to inform you and inform us if it is desired to complete your order .

Limitation of Liability

Our company accepts no liability for any damage that may result in customers from non-- execution of an order . If a product is not immediately available, will be notified promptly by the ordering department for the estimated delivery time.. In these cases our online store ensures your personal data.

Rates Policy

The prices of the products listed in our store include VAT. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products in the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivey method . Our e- store has the right to change prices without notice . Naturally , the customer pays the amount shown in the order and does not matter if the  the price has changed until the delivery date.

Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions of Trade

All products purchased from our online store may not be exchanged or returned at any of the physical stores.
Returns

In all cases, you want to return the purchased product (resizing / color / design, replacement, repair or refund), you must enter a Refund Request with the required informations. After we check your request, you will receive notification with email for return authorization and instructions on how to progress and the shipping address. Once we receive your return, you will receive back a notification via email and then you will be informed about the outcome of the request ..

product changes

If you want to change the purchased product - and only if the product is not used - you need to register a return request within 14 days of receipt, to shipping the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the request. .

For orders within Greece, the first change is made at no charge to the client, and any change after the first, the charge amounts to € 6,00 per change and charged automatically order replacement. .

For orders outside Greece, the customer making the return fee and charged to send replacement to normal shipping costs (depending on the destination country).

If the product you received does not correspond to the product of your order, you need to post a refund request within 5 days of receipt and can return the product within 3 days from the date of approval of the request. .

In this case there is no cost to the customer for replacement.

defective Products

If a product proves to be defective within two months of the sale, we undertake to repair or even replace it with new (if not accept-repair), no charge you. Once detected the defect, you must register a return request, so as to obtain instructions for return / replacement / compensation. If deemed necessary to replace and there is availability, you can choose between eplacement of another, equal the product of your choice, or reimbursement of all or part of its value in money. . The amount of money back in case of defective products used in the original estimated value reduced by 10% for every month that has elapsed since the initial sale.

refund

If for any reason you wish to return the product you purchased and you do not care to replace it with someone else, should post a refund request within 14 days of receipt and make product shipment within 3 days of the approval of the request. . Having been capped and found that the product has not been used will be returned the value of the product. We state explicitly that, in order to avoid abuses and facilitate procedures, the refund closed after 15 days.
